Within Kennedy Eye Clinic, we are proud to now have our Kennedy Eye Spa and Medical Aesthetics branch available to patients. Our very own team member, Tanis, is certified to offer in-house medical aesthetic services. We offer a wide range of in-house eyesthetics and a variety of services, such as intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy, radiofrequency (RF) treatment, photofacials, Morpheus8 treatments, medical grade skin care, and more! We’re excited to introduce Inmode technology, bringing you the seamless experience of Lumecca intense pulsed light (IPL), Forma radiofrequency (RF), and Morpheus8 RF microneedling. Our goal is to enhance your eyesthetics by tackling dry eye, including ocular rosacea and eyelid inflammation, while giving your skin a rejuvenating boost by targeting fine lines, age spots, and broken blood vessels.

What Is Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)?
Lumecca intense pulsed light (IPL) uses multiple light wavelengths on the skin. The light heats skin cells up and breaks them down, allowing the body to naturally exfoliate the damaged tissue. IPL can help reduce the appearance of sun damage, hyperpigmentation, red spots, and rosacea.
Multiple treatments are recommended 4 weeks apart. However, the number of treatments will depend on the severity of the condition you want addressed. There is no downtime but there is a chance that you experience some bruising, redness, or burning afterwards.

What Is Radiofrequency (RF)?
Radiofrequency (RF) works by sending electromagnetic energy to the deep skin tissues. The natural resistance of the skin to the energy currents generate heat. This temperature increase stimulates a healing response to promote tissue remodeling, increase blood circulation, and detoxification.
RF can tighten skin and reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots. We recommend multiple treatments spaced 4 weeks apart, but the number can vary depending on the severity of what you want addressed. There is no downtime, but you may experience temporary redness or swelling in the first 24 hours after.

What Is Morpheus8 RF Microneedling?
What is RF microneedling, and why is it all the rage in Hollywood right now? Morpheus8 works by creating numerous micro-channels in the skin. At the same time, radiofrequency (RF) energy penetrates the dermis, stimulating new collagen to form and the tissue to tighten.
RF microneedling can work exceptionally well to tighten and tone the skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Morpheus8 can help treat acne, acne scars (or other scars), stretch marks, rosacea, melasma, and hyperhidrosis. It’s also an option for nonsurgical blepharoplasty (eyelid lift). Morpheus8 can essentially be used anywhere on the body!
For best results, we recommend 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart and maintenance visits once a year afterward.
